The agent tells you to retrieve a message from [[Mamo Guerre]]. He is located at [[Mamo's Backyard]] in the same system. The location must be scanned down, but it is static - once found, the bookmark you put there will work forever. To receive Mamo's message you must do a few missions for the new agent.
