|This one should be pretty simple. Near here is a mining colony owned and run by some Mannar workers. Usually, they keep things pretty solid. We even have a deal with them where we protect them and supply them with parts in exchange for a cheap supply of minerals. It all works out fine. <br />

Recently, though, they've had some problems with rogue drones, and some of their equipment was damaged. Trouble is, we're in the middle of arming to protect against the Caldari threat, so we can't wait for them to fix their machines. Instead, I've been authorized to have their tools repaired. <br />
