Mission briefing
The Khanid Insurgency are rebels who want to topple the Khanid government and install one that'd be more inclined to start a war with the Amarr. They are led by an old, crazed hag going by the name of Deza Yobili. She claims to have been 'wronged' by the Khanid Monarchy, because as part of an exchange deal we handed her husband to the Amarr authorities in return for a group of Khanid citizens that had been illegally held in Amarr prisons. Her husband was nothing more than a murderer, and yet some misguided souls within the Kingdom view him as a martyr. It's a rather sad ordeal, all in all.

We are doing everything we can to stop Deza and her cronies, but she keeps eluding our grasp. And their numbers refuse to drop, which is why we have started taking extra measures to quell this uprising attempt before it gets out of hand.

Now here is where you come in. One of my servants, Ziona Koon, went missing while she was posing as a student for the Royal Amarr Institute in Emrayur. The last I heard of her she was on to something. She left a report in her quarters in Emrayur, and I would like to retrieve that report to figure out what happened to her. Please retrieve this report for me.

Deza Yobili
The Khanid zealot, Deza Yobili, nicknamed ‘the black widow', runs a guerilla army whose aim is to enact a coup against the current regime. She has captured the hearts of many hardline Khanids due to her heart-wrenching story. Her husband, Jabil Yobili and 3 of her sons were executed by Amarr Imperial forces after they had been handed over by the Khanid Navy as a part of an exchange deal for Khanid POWs. Jabil and his sons had been accused by the Empire of slaughtering many Amarrian citizens during an insurgency in Gousoviba.

Deza's youngest son, Abarak Yobili, was imprisoned by the Khanid government for ‘causing civil unrest', when he led a demonstration against the newly rejuvenated Khanid – Amarr alliance.

Deza is the figurehead in a persistent movement to oust the current monarch of the Khanid Kingdom, and to sever their ties with the Empire once more. They are still greatly outnumbered and opposed by the majority of the Khanid nobility, but even so they are considered a threat and the Khanid monarch is eager to eradicate this thorn from his side.

A simple courier mission for a fast ship.
