Even with the best of equipment and space superiority, any long-term military engagement has to rely on ground and station personnel. And personnel are only as reliable as their morale. I won't lie to you, the morale of our soldiers could be better. To fix this, a number of the mega-corporations have joined together to produce SPLET—the State Personnel Life Enrichment Tour. This program will tour to various parts of the State, providing entertainment and other morale services for our soldiers. The first thing we need is food, and there are crates of frozen food waiting not too far from here. Bring the food here so our chefs can start to figure out how to stretch it into an appropriately festive-- but still economical-- dish.

Originally, we were going to be hiring the best dancers in Caldari space. It was to be a dazzling performance, with custom arranged music and specially choreographed numbers. It would have been a show both tantalizing and tasteful. But such things are expensive. We found the best cost-effective solution by working with NOH's bathhouses. Traveling with SPLET will be a "companion army." We are close to completing the contracts. All that is left is a final round of...negotiation by the SPLET chairman. Pick up the NOH prostitute-- I'll upload the station address to your NeoCom-- and return her here. After this last mission, I believe the program will be ready to launch.
