There's been an increase in Caldari activity in surrounding systems. We think those self-righteous bastards might be up to something. Of course, that's nothing new. We've placed passive reconnaissance units in several nearby locations, but we don't want any direct transmissions from them for fear of attracting Caldari attention. So we've decided to dispatch "unofficial" vessels like yours to pick up the data chips from their base and bring them back here. The Caldari are less likely to suspect — or at least less likely to interfere with — a capsuleer, so they should leave you alone. If you do get jumped, however, remember that the recon unit is the top priority. Get it out of there if you can. Do it fast and there'll be a substantial bonus.

Blitz: Approach the Recon Outpost in the second pocket. The four data chips will be added to your cargo hold at around 5km. You're done, warp out.
