I just received reports of criminal activity in our sector. A certain pilot attacked and destroyed a ship belonging to an ally of ours which was flying through CONCORD-protected space. He managed to flee before CONCORD got a hold of him. I want you to fly to the coordinates where he was last spotted, find him, and put him out of business. He's an extremely elusive fellow, who has managed to evade CONCORD for quite some time, so be wary.
