Mission briefing
Something urgent just came up. A convoy delivering foodstuffs to Boystin V - Moon 6 - Federal Intelligence Office Assembly Plant was ambushed in Lour by pirates which we identified as members of 'The Seven'. These pirates have crossed our path before, and are not to be taken lightly. They belong to an organization which split itself from the Serpentis many years ago, and has grown quite large in a surprisingly short amount of time. Their leader uses the nickname 'Zazzmatazz', which you might have heard of if you're into Gallente films. Anyway, the convoy escort drove off the pirate attack and chased them to their outpost. Only a handful of ships survived the battle that ensued. They report being attacked by none other than Zor, Zazzmatazz's right hand man. If their tale is correct, then we have an excellent opportunity to strike at The Seven's top leadership. His death will be a serious blow to the organization, no doubt. So your orders are: Fly to The Seven outpost in Lour and destroy their forces. Zor must not escape. Good luck.

Single ungated pocket. You can [Fleet] warp at preferred range. Mission is flagged completed after you have destroyed the Outpost Headquarters and Zor.

Tips:

Incoming DPS will get intense at close range, make sure your ship is tanked properly or fitted with MJD to jump to sniper range if needed.
Zor drops Zbikoki's Hacker Card, which is used to blitz the Worlds Collide missions.
Zor occasionally drops Zor's Custom Navigation Hyper-Link - a 53 mil implant. But usually he jus drops Zor's Custom Navigation Link, an almost worthless implant.
Zor deals long range damage, so some tank is needed even on sniper fitted ships.

Optional Approach:
Different approaches that works well:

Kill Zor first to reduce the incoming DPS. If he is out of range, kill the closest Cruisers and hit Zor once he is in optimal.
Start with the Frigates from group 2, then the Cruisers before they get into their optimal range (15km) and finally the two Battleships.
Take out several Cruisers to quickly manage aggro, shoot the Battleships and then the rest of the Cruisers and the Frigates.

Structures:
Black Market Facility drops 10 narcotics.
Outpost Headquarters drops 5 Metal Scraps.

Blitz:
Kill Zor, destroy the Outpost Headquarters and warp out.

Loot:
5M ISK, Excluding any drops from Zor ≈ 1.91 M ISK (2020-12-14, 100% Jita Buy)

Salvage:
150k ISK ≈ 229 k ISK (2020-12-14, 100% Jita Buy)

Bounties:
1.5M ISK

On warping:
This is the location of one of Jakerion Pahydan's outposts. Jakerion is an infamous outlaw who controls a loose-knit criminal organization which split itself from the Serpentis a few years ago. 'The Seven' it is called, named after the small group of comrades within the Serpentis who founded the organization. Jakerion's popular nickname, Zazzmatazz, is known by most Gallente Federation citizens from the hit movie 'Into The Deep', which portrays a few Gallente heroes who brave the 'Seven's' stronghold and rescue a damsel in distress.
